The iVT Expo (Industrial Vehicle Technology) is one of the world’s leading trade events for the off-highway sector. Every year, manufacturers of agricultural, construction, mining, material handling and light vehicles gather in Cologne to discover the technologies that will define the next generation of their machines. We’ve been part of that conversation for a while now. In the 2026 edition, the Guilera team will be at Stand 1170 with a clear proposition: high-performance embedded electronics for projects that leave no room for compromise.
The TRAKTORK is back on track
If you attended the previous edition, you probably remember the TRAKTORK. If not, allow us to introduce it: it’s our demonstrator platform, fully developed and prototyped in-house by Guilera’s engineering team. It’s not a catalogue product.
It’s proof that when you combine solid engineering judgment with the right components, the result can turn heads —and it has.
At every trade show we’ve brought it to, it’s generated real interest. And no, it’s not for sale. Though if you push hard enough, we can talk.
The TRAKTORK integrates some of our most representative solutions into a single vehicle: high-efficiency DCDC converters, a rapid vehicle electrification kit and electronic flasher units. All developed to perform in real conditions, in demanding environments, without compromise.

96V → 12V DCDC Converter — 1kW (new)

48V → 12V DCDC Converter — 500W (new)
The latest addition to our range. It responds to growing demand in the sector for 48V platforms, both in agricultural machinery and light industrial vehicles.
Rapid Vehicle Electrification Kits
Our solution for integrating electric drive into existing vehicles with minimum development time. Designed for manufacturers who want to make the move to electrification without starting from scratch —and do it with the confidence that comes from working with a team with real electrification project experience.
Available in three power configurations: 6 kW, 8,8 kW y 16,5 kW, adaptable to different platforms and application requirements.
Each kit includes everything needed for integration: motor, semi-solid state battery, controller, ECU, display and charger, plus wiring, on/off switch and throttle control. Everything you need to start integration from day one, without relying on third parties to complete the system.
The semi-solid state technology in our batteries adds a real operational advantage: greater safety, lower maintenance and more predictable service life under demanding working conditions.
